Digital Scrapbook website with templates

I used to use scrapblog all the time.  They used to have something called "Quick mix"  You would pick a template, and it would auto add the pics, etc.

Once I had the basic template, I would tweek it according to what I needed.

Well, they no longer have this option.  And truth be told, I really don't have time to create scrapbook pages from scratch.  I like starting from a basic template.

I am looking for something online, not a software that I need to download to my pc.  Oh, yeah - needs to be free ;)

I have downloaded smilebox, and while it does have tons of free templates, you can not edit the template at all, other than changing pics.  So, if I do not like one of the "extra" pieces on the page - I am stuck with it.  Plus, I can't add additional text or anything else.

So, what do you use???  Thanks

Oh - and some extra info:  I really only use it for online stuff, so low resolution is fine

    There was an article in one of the parenting magazines a few months ago that had some.  I don't have it in front of me right now, but when I do, I will send you a PM with the links.  I think there were at least 2 others besides scrapblog and smilebox.
