Are changing pad covers universal?

I have an Especially for Baby changing pad but the covers that are made for it are junk.  I've purchased and returned several because they are torn at the seams when I take them out of the packaging.  I've left it uncovered... and it's really not a big deal, but it looks so much nicer with a cover on it.  It's a contoured changing pad like any other one I've seen.  Does anyone else use this one with a different brand of cover?

    yeah you pretty much can use any changing pad cover.  I know I have used different kinds with mine.

    If it looks like most you've seen then try buying the ones from BRU.  I have 3 of theirs and they work great and have held up to lots of washings.  I don't have the same pad as you though so IDK...

    Measure pad. Check measurements on packaging of cover. You're welcome. :oP
