Any baby boys get hydrocele?

we were told today our baby has hydrocele (1 ball bigger than the other). Doc said it usually goes away on its own by age 1 and we'll just watch it. I wasn't too concerned upon hearing it. But ds HATES to get his diaper changed, he screams a bloodcurling cry. I had just attributed it to being a baby but now I'm wondering if the two are related. I'll call doc tomorrow but I'm wondering if anyone else out there has a son with this if they showed pain during diaper changes?

    My son has a hydrocele and a double hernia and is not in pain nor should he be. We've seen a pediatric surgeon who said the hydrocele will clear by 1-2 years and should cause no discomfort.
