we also had to start giving dd a vitamin a few months ago when she got to be such a picky eater. we buy flintstones complete chewables. she likes them and asks for them each morning.
our pedi endcrinologist doc also told us to give her an omega supplement (we have severe genetic cholesterol issues). the pedi told us to puchase coromega for kids. it's a squeezabe single serving and it tastes like lemon/lime, not fish. sometime she will eat it straight up, sometime i have to mix it with something.
