TTC After a Loss 6 Months+

This may not be such a good idea after all.

When I'm back on the other coast next month, I am planning on seeing lots of long-distance friends and family since I don't go back to the homestead all that often. Just emailed a couple friends from back home to see if they want to meet up for dinner one night while I'm home, since I haven't seen them since my wedding 4 years ago. Yay for catching up with old friends who I love! Boo to realizing (thank you, FB) one of them is not only pregnant, but also exactly where I would have been with pregnancy #4. And has a 1 year old at home.

So...at least I can drink at dinner?

Re: This may not be such a good idea after all.

  • And drink you shall.  I just hope you have a partner in crime who is not all FHey.

  • I should clarify, she is not a FH. She is simply a Fertile. Actually, they both are. But neither is a FH.
  • I think you should go out for brie-covered sushi and get sloshed.

I'm sorry.  I tend to forget that non-hoey fertiles exist.

They are few and far between. These two fertiles happen to be a girl I've been friends with since early elementary school (who gave me pointers on how to kiss before my big movie date where I had my first "real" kiss) and a girl who married a guy I've been friends with since early elementary school. Yeah. I'm from that kind of town. It's just so damn cute I can't stand it.

  • I hope the dinner isn't full of FHs. I think drinks are a necessity!

  • Drink lots and lots and lots...and rub in how awesome your drinks taste!
  • Make sure you have lots of drinks at dinner and hope it isn't too bad.
