I had an ectopic pregnancy :o(
Well, it's over. I went to the doctor today after I had very light pink spotting. Ultrasound and bloodwork confirmed that I had an ectopic pregnancy and I have to get the shot tomorrow to take it away. They may operate if my hCG levels don't drop by morning. It was fun while it lasted and I enjoyed this board. Can I just warn you all though, that when other people on here say that it's nothing to worry about unless it's bright red blood with cramping, they are wrong. If you are worried, see your doctor. I had NO cramping, no pain, and very little light pink spotting and when i went in, they found no fetus. Trust your instincts. H&H 9months to the rest of you!

July 13, 2010- First ultrasound! Gestational sac found!
July 16, 2010 - 2nd u/s due to bleeding. Twins found! Baby A is great! Praying for Baby B!
July 23, 2010 - 3rd u/s. Saw Baby A's flicker of a heartbeat! Lost Baby B. :-(
March 16, 2011 - Nathan James was born
November 26, 2012 - surprise BFP! It's a girl!
July 26, 2013 - Lilianna Jean was born
i am so sorry for your loss. I had an ectopic in December, had to have surgery to remove one of my tubes. I hope the shot works for you and you don't have to go through the surgery.
I am SO SO sorry to hear this! I hope that things go smoothly for you tomorrow. (((hugs))) I am in panic mode right now as I just got home a half an hour ago only to find very faint light pink/brownish spotting. I am in tears! I called the hospital and talk the the on call OB and he said he wants to see me in the morning. I am praying to my dear Lord that everything is ok.
