I'm looking at dates for mine.

my SIL is insisting I have my first around 30 weeks. I would just prefer to have them down by 36 weeks.

I'm having one big shower, and I'm hoping it will be mid-late Sept, but it could also be early Oct as well. I just want to have plenty of time to set everything up and buy what we don't receive. I want to say I'll be between 28-32 weeks. I think they are going to try to make it a surprise, which is going to drive me nuts.

I have one tomorrow night (super early, but it's from my former students who are all about to leave for college).

I have another scheduled for Sept. 25. And another for mid-October.

I am doing mine end of Sept at 28 weeks. I want the weather to still be nice so we can be outside. Plus, I am only having one so I can see what I need to return/buy early enough to ease my nerves.

We've had a trip to go back home planned since before I got pregnant. The trip is from Sept 1-14 so I believe my mom and mother in law are planning a big one with both of our families sometime in that timeframe. I'll be 23-25 weeks

I'm due Dec 3rd and mine is going to be the end of September. I wanted it on the earlier side since my sister delivered at 34wks and I wanted to make sure I was still pregnant when it happened.

I'm having one shower for my family, DH's family, and my friends. It'll be October 24. Since my sister is coordinating the shower and she's always busy, it had to be on a weekend that both of us were free.

October 9th is our current date of choice.

It's a little later than I'm 100% comfortable with but at the same time, the dates in September seemed too early.

I was telling CHW a few days ago that my ideal situation would be that I buy everything I need for the baby and then have a party where people come and contribute to a baby item fund. That way, I wouldn't stress about what I did and didn't have. (This is a total fantasy and not applicable for RL, lol)

Oct. 10th. I didn't have much choice. It was when my FIL comes back into town for business and it will be a family only type of party so it made sense. I haven't thought ahead to see how far along I'll be. Speaking from a person who had a child at 36 weeks, I wouldn't advise waiting that long

Our coed shower thrown by friends will be October 9th and I will be right at 30 weeks. Work shower will probably be about 3-4 weeks behind I'm assumming. I would PREFER them both be early October since we get 3 paychecks in October and I can use the "extra" to get a head start on the items I still need.

Im not even sure I am getting any showers... there was talk about a work shower but the girl that was going to host it fell on some really hard times, and not a word has been said since....my best friend and SIL were going to throw a family one, but they have not said anything, and I am the only one that has the addresses of everyone that I would want there.... when my husband asked his mom... she said my best friend and SIL decided not to do it....so I dunno... kinda makes me sad but if they truely are not, its okay... we will get through it.

I'm due 12/26 and my shower is labor day weekend. It's early, but my mom wanted my husbands family involved and they leave out of state.

The November one is later than I actually want, but that was the date that worked. I want to know what I still need to buy before the baby is born. I am also afraid I will be to uncomfortable to enjoy it.

I'm due 12/7, mine will be early/mid October, I hope!

Right now, my family is planning my sister's shower for late August, so no solid thoughts on mine right now. As for his family, I've had offers, but I'm waiting to see if they follow through or not. Also, a work shower, but that will be small and can be whenever.
