    Hi there, just wanted to chime in and say good luck!  I had one w/ dd and had been given the advice to bring an ipod, I did and it helped me a lot...they wouldn't let dh sit near me or hold my hand and I was not prepared for that.  In hind sight I wish I had brought a stress ball or something similar to squeeze, I personally needed something to do w/ my hands.  Just my 2 cents...best of luck for great results!

    Thank you ladies!!  It wasn't nearly as bad as I anticipated it to be.  The doctor actually said that I should be the poster child for amnio's because I didn't even flinch.  Best part of the morning is that the u/s tech told us she believes we're having a girl!!
