Fast heart rate??

Has anyone noticed a faster heart rate in your second trimester?  I just really noticed it today... I'm actually 20 weeks today.  I've been sitting here working and most of the day I just feel like my heart rate is faster....is this normal?

    I had that during my last pregancy.  It would turn into panic attachs.

    I have had this happen over the last couple of weeks.  Generally for a couple hours in the morning on the odd days.  I did a bit of research on it and it's common.  I guess with the extra blood we have circulating it can happen but it's nothing to worry about...so long as you're not getting light headed or something.  If you're really worried give your ob's clinic a call.  :)

    I have had this most of my pregnancy, at least since 2nd tri started.  If something happens that startles me or raises my heart rate I can feel it for hours, and even regularly I can feel it more than normal.  I was told this is normal.  I DON'T recommend watching any scary movies, or suspense movies, I did home alone one night and my heart was racing for hours after the movie, I couldn't sleep at all! 

    But I think as long as it isn't interfering with your activities and turning into something more ( like panic attack or something) it is fine.
