Two mini PBJ sandwiches with blueberries. Half an apricot. Apple slice. Extra fruit in the muffin cup. Super easy and extremely little waste - just the bread scraps.

Also, I thought I'd show that I usually have DD pour her own milk with a mini pitcher (Montessori!).

A tuna sandwitch, grap eyes, tomato nose (which she actually tasted) orange slices for mouth.  She is enjoying the cute lunches!
Where do you guys get your cute muffin cups?
Bright-I love how you have her pour her own milk, i will have to start that. :)

  • I'm going to try to do this at least a couple times a week. Maybe he'd actually try some new things. Has anyone bought those zoo pals plates?

The foot cups are from Party City - they were on sale for $5. They have them at Michaels, too.

  • Grilled cheese flowers, blueberry stems (with vanilla yogurt under so they don't slide around), and strawberry leaves.

  • Really great ideas ladies! Mine is an owl and tree. The owl is a chicken sandwich with cucumber and craisin eyes and carrot nose. The tree is cucumber slices and pretzel stick trunk. Really easy and she loved it.

  • SLM05 - Thanks!  DD has gotten very picky with her vegetables, but cucumber is one that she does still like.  I've found that making these cute lunches is making her eat more of the veggies that she doesn't usually eat though.  Love that.
