Hoping for Karma.......

......or Murphy's Law or whatever you want to call it this cycle! We've been talking for a few years about taking a "wine vacation" in California. We've been putting it off in favor of other places, but last year we decided to go ahead and book it for this fall. Of course, a few months later I get a BFP, so we decide it would be silly to go when I'm 7 months along, cancel it, and start making other plans. Then the m/c........at that point we decided to rebook it and go no matter what happens......we can't put our lives on hold on the off chance I get another BFP, right? And when would we get to go if we did end up having a baby.....it would be years! So this is our last IUI attempt before our vaca in Oct and I'm praying that Karma just comes over and knocks my door down and throws me a BFP! At this point, if I got a BFP, a wine vacation with no wine would be fine with me! Bring it on Karma!

    I also visited Ireland in September (several years ago).......so beautiful!  I had a great time until my appendix ruptured (Karma gets me every time!)!  But I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time!

    This past spring we went to Thailand and I got salmonella and my husband sprained his ankle pretty badly. So I feel your karma! :)

    About me: A pixie in the city, 41, TTC #1 since May 2010, married 18 years. Diagnosed with, surgically removed, endometrioma Aug.2010 Sept 2010 IUI #1=BFN, Oct=cyst/bfn, Nov 2010 IUI #2 = bfn. Had to postpone IUI #3 b/c of a cyst natural=BFN. Skipped IUI #3, decided to go for IVF. Found/removed uterine polyps Jan 2011. IVF cancelled, no follicles.
