So here are the stats..
105lb pre preg, gained 40lbs during pregnancy, down to somewhere between 115-120lb. I haven't changed eating habits apart from drinking a ton of milk (instead of water).. which I think it just a psychological thing since I'm nursing. Nursing Matteo has definitely helped. I had pretty strong contractions the first week to bring the uterus back down. Now just have a slight pouch on the belly. Definitely gained a little bit in my thighs - but I am very happy to have found out a lot of the weight gained there was water weight! I'm also thrilled to have my ankles back.. I missed them! I can't wait to get the green light to start exercising and tone up.
So.. the moral.. don't fret as you see the scale climbing up.. it can come off really fast! Oh and I'm standing on a couch to take this picture.. I'm actually not ridiculously tall or something.. I'm actually very short.
