Rear facing strollers?

Anyone have good recs for rear facing strollers?

I'm just starting to research them and would like something that will work for an infant up through toddler.

Any tips, recs, etc would be appreciated!

Thank you.

  • The Uppa Baby Vista, Quinny Buzz, and there's a Bumbleride. And the Baby Jogger City Select.

  • Teutonia frames have the option of putting on the infant car seat (with adapter) and toddler seat in either direction.  The T-Lynx system offers the frame, toddler seat and teutonia car seat (graco snugride 35) for $699 and instead of moving the seat, the handle switches from front to back.

  • We have the Uppababy Vista and it has this option.

  • We just bought our UPPAbaby Vista this weekend and it is a beautiful stroller. Bassinet faces you and the seat can be flipped to face either you or out to the road. Very easily and highly adjustable stroller.
  • If you're looking for something you can take off the main road at all, we have the Jeep Liberty Limited (not the Liberty Sport - that has plastic instead of real wheels).  You can put the infant seat in that, rear facing, until they're older.  No adaptor needed

  • We bought the Graco Flipit Travel system. I am only 26 weeks preggo, so we haven't gotten to use it yet. However, I did assemble it and it seems pretty lightweight and easy to use. The material feels nice too.

  • I have the Bugaboo Frog and I LOVE being able to put my daughter where she faces me!

When she was younger I almost always had her facing me. Not only was she happier but strangers were also less likely to touch her.

While it is a pricey stroller, I think it is worth it, even if you have to get one off of craigs list!

  • Bumbleride Flyer

    BJ City Select

  • If money is no object, the UppaBaby Vista is my choice. I LOVE that stroller. Unfortunately we can't afford it...

I've been eying the First Years Indigo lately. It has a reversible seat as well, I just haven't been able to try it anywhere!

  • I got the First Years Indigo in red and LOVE IT! It is reversible, has a huge basket, the seat comes off completely so you can use the frame with an infant car seat without the bulk of the seat, it reclines fully flat to work as a bassinett as well.

I paid $119 at strollers.com and got free shipping.
