Check out www.babysteals.com today. Is it brilliant or ridiculous? I'm voting weird at the very least and probably annoying enough to a baby that it would get ripped off.
I saw it too... I think its silly... it doesnt really cover the babies face much to make a difference I think... If the kid wont sleep without a blanket over its face (Cam was one of these kids...argh) then I dont think this will be enough. AND the pic of the one where the flap is folded up cracks me up, It looks like a Goofy had from disneyland.
I don't like the idea of putting something over my kiddo's face. And what happens when they're used to it, and you forget it?
I wonder if it was created by bird owners.
Cam does it and has since she was tiny. She puts a blanket over her face or buries her face in a matress or blanket to sleep. She freaks out otherwise. This hat wouldnt cut it, too much light gets in, its just like a shade or something.
I personally have tried out the Baby NapCap and it works wonders to block the sun out of babies eyes so they can sleep. If your baby is in the stroller or car seat trying to sleep and the sun is beaming - the nap cap is a soft little cap that can be adjusted to block the light.
I was shocked to see such negative comments when all of the comments are from people who have not purchased or tried the product. I have tried it and it's awesome for those sunny days on the beach or outdoors with baby.
This cap does not cover your baby's face when they are wearing it. If they fall asleep, you can flip it down to block the sun out of your baby's eyes so he/she can sleep. It really does work best when in the stroller at the beach or park!
This worked out beautifully for me when I put it to the test - especially during the Summer months bringing infants to the beach or park during nap time. You flip it down when baby is sleeping and the light is blocked out so baby can nap without the light distraction. Worked for me and it is extremely soft, plush and safe!
It actually works great when you are outdoors and the sun is beaming in baby's eyes. It is cute too and it the visor flips down when baby is sleeping...they don't stroll around with the visor hanging in their face...that is for sleep and blocking out the sunlight.
I know!! It's pretty hard to pretend like you just stumbled on a post from a month and a half ago. She used her real name so I googled her. She runs a PR business for companies with mom products. Parentblast.com

Yes ladies, I used my real name. Why wouldn't I? When I find a great product for babies and pregnancy, I love to share and endorse in anyway I can. No pretending like I stumbled upon a post. I just googled the baby napcap and up came your negative comments. Anyway, everybody has their own opinions but I only endorse or review products once I have actually had the product in hand and put it to the test. Have a great day! : )
Funny, I was just looking through the babysteals archives and I was about to buy this for a friend who claims his baby hates the bright lights in our house! So I tried to find some reviews, and when I saw this thread, that lady creeped me out so much that can't bring myself to buy it now!! lol! Sorry BabySteals!

This is the post that doesn't end.... yes it goes on and on my friends! Some bumpie started writing it not knowing what it was... and we'll continue reading it forever just because....this is...

I'm pretty sure the eyes are a part of the face. At least the last time I checked.
