9 wk old coughs in sleep??

He's not running a fever. No congestion or runny nose. When I listen to him breathe it isn't raspy or anything. But he coughs. Very randomly, and in the middle of sleeping.

Thoughts?

DD does this. She did have a slight cold but mostly I think she "learned" how to cough and just does it. :-)
