Pending AF, and CM...

So I am new to the whole posting, and joining of the Bump! Woot!

I am in some need of assistance.. AF, was due a few days ago, and I have yet to be graced with her presence.. I have the worst sore breast I have ever had in my entire life, followed by swollen nipples, and what looks like a red/dark brown ring surrounding my areola. Also I have noticed that my CM is starting to look a little yellow, and snot like.. I am procrastinating purchasing a test, til I am a few more days late. Any input?

    Take a test. If you're pregnant, check out the 1st tri board.

    If not, consider reading the book "Taking Charge of your Fertility" and the website https://www.fertilityfriend.com . You can sign up for free tutorials by clicking on the Fertilty Friend ticker in almost anyone's siggy on this board.

    How do you really know if AF was due? Are you charting? You may have ovulated late, and therefore AF is not late at all.

    So, take a test if you want to know, or wait it out and test once a week until AF shows...If you hit 60 days with no AF, call your doctor.

    Symptoms of pregnancy and PMS symptoms are similar. Also, when you are TTC you get what we call 'phantom symptoms', meaning you become super tuned into every creak and moan your body makes and start interpreting it as what you want it to be.

    Hopefully she gets a +HPT but many of the ladies on here will tell you they've had all those symptoms every 2ww for months on end with no BFP.

    Oh yes, this is true! OP you should really consider Sarah's advice about FF and TCOYF if you are not pregnant and wish to become pregnant. Charting your BBT will teach you so much about your cycle! If you are indeed pregnant, 1st tri will welcome you to their board! GL!

    I track, I am not brand spanking new to the whole ttc business.. I know my period is late, we started taking Clomid, and the whole shabang. So I am not a nit picking person when it comes to my body, and "thinking that i am pregnant" I don't want to get my hopes up at all, if anything I am more negative.. So I track, and count days, and take my lumps just like all the other gals. Just trying to get some insight.

    Tracking is not the same as charting. I second Sarah's advice. But hey, you could be pregnant. No one here is going to be able to tell you though. You'll have to take a pregnancy test. GL!
