  We have some 1 nap days and some 2 nap days.  If it's a 1 nap day the nap normally lasts 2 1/2-3 hours.  If it's a 2 nap day they are about 1 1/2 hours each.

  for us yes.  When he was at 2 naps, they were an hour to an hour and a half each.  When he went to 1 nap, it took a couple weeks of crankiness, but he finally started taking a 2-3 hour nap.

  Well we started 1 nap 2 weeks ago... previously they were napping for one hour twice a day... their 1 nap for over a week was only an hour.  It was awful.... but the last 2 days they have slept almost 2 hours.  I'm hoping as they get used to the 1 nap it will stretch out in time.

  My DD gradually transitioned from 2 naps (40- 75min each) to 1 nap (2-3 hours) around 12-13 months old.  It took a good 1.5 months to really get it down like clockwork.  There were days we went back to 2 naps, and days that she took 1 nap for only an hour-- then was cranky until bedtime.   But it all evened out by the time she was 14 months.

  ds went down to one nap a day about 4 or 5 months ago.  and before he was taking 2 - 1 1/2 hour naps. some times a little less.  now he takes 1 -3 hour nap. some times a little more or less.
