My husband is worried he'll be the only guy there if he goes with me tomorrow. I'm trying to tell him it would be good for him to be there. Did DH go with you or did you go it alone?
DH went and it was VERY helpful. he didnt want to go either, but i think it really helps. he was able to help me with my latch once my DS was born. DEF have your hubby go! and in my class everyone had their husbands with them!
DH went, and was bored out of his mind. Now I would have rather leave him at home, because he acted like a kid that was bored in school and was really annoying....and he's a teacher and should know better! But no, he won't be the only guy there.

DH went. He was all into it. There were about 7 or 8 mamas in the class and ALL but one (because her baby daddy was in the army and her mother came with her in his place) had their DH with them. In my class, all of the DHs were attentive, asking questions, etc.
DH went and there were three other guys there too! It was a really good idea for him to go, he learned a lot and really supports our BF decision. I think he'll be able to help me more with it, since he knows about it and is more comfortable with it.
He should definitely go. Firstly, he will not be the only one there. It was ONLY couples in our BFing class. Secondly, he will look like a slacker dad if he doesn't go - and who needs that title!?! Thirdly, you will really need his help, love and support. The more he knows about what goes into feeding LO, the better help he will be. Even though he won't be physically feeding LO, his knowledge is needed and his support will be key.
My DH went and it was all couples in our class. He is so glad he went and has been so supportive these first weeks which is such a blessing. I don't know that I would be able to do it without his help.

Yes, DH went, and I think it was all couples there, except for one woman who brought her mom. I am SO glad that DH went. He was extremely helpful in the first few days with helping me to get DD to latch well. He could tell me if I was at a wrong angle or whatever, and he never would have known that if he hadn't gone to the class. I think that that was one of the best things we did, and really gets him to be "on board" for BFing.
Yep, he went. I am so glad he went. He was my rock during the hard times in the begining. There was one or two ladies there without their husbands. I def reccomend having your DH go with you.
DH went and complained the whole time. Most husbands were there, he should go. If anything for support but also so that he knows how to help when you need it!
