I hate face paint!

I just need to b!tch:

Ds went to a fall festival at his school today. He had a blast with the various activities, but I purposely kind of avoided the face-painting table. Right towards the end, as we were getting ready to go, ds dissappeared. I found him with another parent who was painting his face. Not just something small on his cheek, but his entire damn face.

Ugh. He has face paint all over his shirt, he fell asleep on the way home and got paint all over his carseat, proceeded to lay down on the couch in a heap of tears when we got home and smeared it all over the sofa, then he tried to wipe his tears/snot with one of our white bath towels- it's just an absolute mess. He's in the tub now and it doesn't want to wash off very well unless you scrub and that makes him cry more...

I hate face paint. Hate it, hate it, hate it.

    Use rubbing alcohol.  Ok, it's a bit harsh, but it will work if the need becomes dire.
