  I think Maxine is a strong name. Atticus or Thaddeus go best with it imo. I think Linus sounds wimpy in comparison. I voted for Atticus

  I actually really like both Linus and Thaddeus. I voted for for Linus because I had to pick one though

   

  I feel like I've seen Atticus pop up quite a bit.

  I voted for Atticus, though I am definitely not a fan of the name, because I think it is the best match with Maxine of these three choices.  But I don't think any of these match Maxine well at all.

  I love the names Atticus and Thaddeus!  Atticus is definitely my favorite though.  I'd name a son that if my DH would let me.  It's actually even a family name in my family.  Plus, it has such a great connection to "To Kill a Mockingbird." Atticus Finch is one of my favorite literary characters!  And the movie character is great too. :-)

  Personally I think they are all awful.  They seem a little wimpy for boys names.  I prefer strong names.

  I love the name Theodore and think it goes perfect with Maxine, because it was my grandparents names!  We actually thought about going with it but it seems too weird to my family since it's a husband and wife pair and so doesn't seem "right" as a sibset.  too bad, though.

  I'm surprised more people don't like Linus- I was thinking it was going to be a "dark horse."  ahhh well, it's DH least favorite, too.  We will see what next week brings.   thanks for the feedback, ladies.
