2nd Trimester

I just spent $40 on a bathing suit.

I said I wouldn't waste my money on a bathing suit I'd wear for a few months...but my husband and I got invited to go boating tomorrow with a handful of his coworkers and I refuse to wear my pre-pregnancy bathing suit around people he works with.  It's bad enough I have to wear a bathing suit in front of them at all, let alone while pregnant.

Oh well.  I guess I'll see it on ebay in a few months...

  • I sooo did not want to spend money on a suit, but needed it for several things this summer. It ended up being the most comfortable thing I own. I wish I could wear it everyday. Go figure.

  • That's actually a very reasonable price.  Have fun!

  • It's just the beginning of summer!! You can totally get a lot of use out of it in your backyard w/a kiddie pool, or swimming for some exercise.  :)

hahaaa.... I've been wearing mine since May, and I go back to school (work) in 2 weeks. Bye Bye summer!

  • OK, I say beginning because in Seattle, it's only been warm for a few weeks!  LOL!  I knew that probably wouldn't really fly with y'all...hehe
  • Yeah, $40 really isn't bad for a mat. suit.

this! one of my girlfriends paid $70 or $80 for hers! I lucked out and bought a maternity tankini top at ON when they had them on sale for $10, and I'm just using my old binkii bottoms which fit perfectly as they were a lower rise to begin with.
