and I feel so much better! I didn't want to be one of those women who cut their hair short after having a baby, but I just don't have time to style it anymore. It took me 20 minutes just to blow dry. Blech.
Anyway, I ended up cutting off quite a bit - apparently enough to donate, which made me feel good.

After (I still have bangs, but they're pinned back here. Sorry for the crappy iphone pics):
Anyone else get a post-baby haircut? Like it? Regret it?
Re: i decided to chop off my hair ...
That's one of the reasons I did it. I was finding all these loooong strands of hair everywhere. Evie had some balled up in her fist the other day. Annoying.
I just decided tonight I was going to chop it off. I went to the salon before I could think too much about it.

I would like to cut my hair shorter (something like your new length) but it's so easy just to tie my hair back in a pony tail.
ETA: your new cut looks fabulous!

Thanks! I can still tie mine back - that was one of the "requirements" I gave to the stylist, haha.

Very cute!
I cut mine right before DD was born. I really wish I wouldn't have. I had really long hair (to the bottom of my rib cage) and I cut it to my shoulders. I miss it and it will take another 2 years to grow it back.

I thought I was the only one who thinks it's easier to have longer hair. I had shorter hair when I was pregnant, but I had to straighten it to make it look cute. I started growing it out because I thougth it would be easier to just pull it back... now I'm missing my short hair.
