I need some new stomping grounds for EC this weekend. We've been going to Towson Town play area but its been getting crazy in there and I need some new ideas.

I take LO to the playground VERY early - like around 7 or 7:30 when she is up and ready to go - its SLIGHTLY cooler then and I can stand it for more than 10 minutes. This lets her blow some energy off and then we can run some indoor errands and she's happy to be out and about, but she'll sit in the stroller or shopping cart. Last week we walked around Petco for like ~30 minutes checking out small animals and fish (and they had a handful of adoptable kitties too so she got to pet them).
We also have been going to the pool in the afternoons and I just signed up for Gymboree too.
Ikea has a fun kids play area (not the one you drop them off at - but in the actual showroom where all the kids stuff is displayed)
Re: Where do you go when its hot outside?
Mostly just to my mom's. LOL. I know that probably doesn't help you!
What about one of those little gym places, or the library for story time...

Storyville is great, and air conditioned.
We will go on a walk veeeeery early before it heats up.
The library is also fun.
