Reaction with Wellbutrin

I took my first does of Wellbutrin yesterday and about 2 hours after taking the pill I started experiencing severe abdominal cramps.  The abdominal cramps got worse I started throwing up, became light-headed, I was soaked with sweat, I was shaking, and my heart was racing.  Has anyone else experienced anything similar with Wellbutrin?  I put a call into my dr who is out of town but I am not going to take it again.  I can remember being that sick in a very, very long time.  It almost scared me so much I don't really want to try any other depression medication.

    I take Wellbutrin, but have never had a reaction to it. 

    I'm sorry it made you so sick.  I hope the doctor calls you back soon.

    I've been on it for 5 days. Every time I feel dizzy for a few hours, and sick to my stomach. I did read that potential side effects include everything you listed, but if it's that bad, I would probably call and ask if your dr can put you on something else.
