As you are starting this training process and you are out like at restaurants, mall etc. Do you keep reminding Lo if they have to pee and do you take them as well when you think they might have to go? Because when we went out today I continued to ask her but brought her to the potty myself without her asking and she went pee. Thanks

Re: Now when you're out???
Ugh! I am having a hard time with this. We stayed home for the 3 days and DS seemed to be doing really well. We are out A LOT though and I am finding it really hard to deal with long car trips and outings. I bought this GREAT travel potty that can fit in DS' back-pack, so that has been ahuge help! But he DID have an accident in target the other day becasue I couldn't find the bathroom fast enough. I am not sure what to do about outings. DS is really good about telling me when he has to go... but when he says he has to... he means NOW!
I will remind her if we are at a point where going to a restroom (or pulling over to use the travel potty) is doable but I feel nervous reminding her when I can't realistically get her to a toilet somehow fairly fast......like I'm going to illicit the urge at the wrong time or something lol.
We are out and about quite a bit too. I know roughly how long DS can go in between potty breaks so I try to time it that way. It usually doesn't take long to get in between places. I will have DS go before we leave the house and I try to make him go within an hour (he can go 2-2.5 hours now in between). I will make him go usually before we leave the first place we stop. I try to make him go every place we stop. I know it is a pain, but he hardly has accidents.
