Triphasic Phase

Has anyone heard of this?  This is my first month to chart temps and I noticed yesterday and today that my temps went up even higher.  That made me google it and this is what I found.

Third Phase Temps
Many women experience a third phase (Triphasic Phase)  which is temperatures climbing to yet another level that is approximately 3/10's - 4/10's over the Luteal Phase high. This is due to the HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) hormone that is produced if conception has occurred and when implantation takes place. 

Pre "O" my temps were low to mid 97s.  Post "O" they have been high 97 to just 98.  The past two days it's been 98.4.  Do you think there's hope for a pregnancy???

    sounds pretty good to me.  with my former BFP charts, I stayed btwn 98.2 and 98.4 the few days before AF was due.  I'm totally keeping my eye on that this time. But, I've seen lots of PG charts with lower temps on FF too.

     What DPO are you? 

    Do I just copy and paste the url or is there a different way so that others can view just the chart?  I haven't shared my chart before so I don't know how.

    Today I'm approximately 13DPO.

    Thanks.  I'm hoping...my boobs aren't sore though so that makes me think I'm not.  I've read that you can be pregnant and not have a triphasic pattern and I've read that you can have the pattern but not be pregnant.  Dangit!!

    Well if your are 13DPO and your temp spiked that is a very good sign. Yes Good luck!

     

    I know you can somehow link your chart to your sig if you want but I don't know how too and I don't know how to link it.  Sorry, I'm no help.

    FYI, the temp of 98.3 on 7/17/10 was taken many hours past my usual testing time.  Same with 7/11/10 and 7/3/10,  Temps on 6/29 and 6/30 were AFTER my morning shower.  I had a hard time getting into the habit of taking my temp.  :(

    7/8/10 and 7/9/10 I was sick with a fever.

    I'm no chart expert, but I know that higher temps are better, so that's looking good!

    I am really starting to get my hopes up.  :)  I pray this is what I've been waiting for for the past 15 months.
