My DH is killing me...

... with his nursery theme ideas! hahaha... We've decided to paint it green and some brown accents.  Now he wants to add dinosaurs eventhough he doesn't want to know the sex...and he said that if it's a girl, we'll just add bows and ribbons on the dinosaurs! WHAT?!? I said NO!!! hahaha.  then now he said he wants to put planes that are like shooting stars! WHAT?! hahahahaha. 

 seriously!  he's killing me with his ideas.. i'm here at work trying so hard not to laugh! hahahha.

 you guys have ideas on the nursery yet?

    haha I love the part about putting bows on the dinosaurs.  Cute!  I love that he's so involved already - that's really awesome.

    LOL, I guess at least he's involved.  We aren't theme-y people at ALL, so ours will be an eclectic mix with a modern feel.  We already have a white crib and dark brown dressers/changing table from IKEA.

    yeah...he's really involved which i love.  he's a wonderful dh :)

     ooohhhh ikea crib! nice!!!  i wish we had an ikea in LV.  lame!

    My husband suggested making a tool chest into a changing table. He thought it was a great idea because once we were done with the diaper stage, he could just use it as a new tool chest! NOT! I informed him that I actually wanted a real one. I don't know where he comes up with these ideas.

    That's really cute. My DH is a really good photographer and has some super nice SLR cameras. When I was pg last time he had talked about going to the zoo here in DC and taking some photos of the pandas, zebras, elephants, lions, etc. and frame them round the nursery for an animal theme. I really liked that idea so I'm looking forward to planning that again.

    Mine wants a 49er theme, boy or girl!  He has even gone so gar as to hang up a 49er banner in what will be the babies room.  Dream on DH!

    The only thing that we have decided is that if we have a boy, his bedding will probably be fire trucks...  (My DH is a career firefighter!)  We also decided that we really want a beautiful femine (sp?) theme if the babe is a girl!

    He is really psyched about the fire trucks though!!!
