I normally buy DD her hairbows from Target since they are relatively inexpensive. Problem is they don't stay in her hair and she is constantly pulling them out and losing them.
I'm looking for some with the metal backings that are a bit sturdier. Does anyone have any Etsy recommendations?
Thanks!
Re: We need better hairbows, where do you buy yours?
Absolutely!! I have purchased several clippies from this Etsy store... She puts foam on the clips so they hold onto the hair better.

I also got these adorable hair clips from Stella & Dot:

HTH! Btw, where do you get your LO's clothes... She is always so stylish and super cute in all your pictures!!

I make all of Bella's, I should take some pictures. They are SO easy and relatively cheap to make. Just a little time consuming but it I do in the evening after she's asleep and then I make a bunch at once. Do you have any pictures of the ones you might like? I could see if I can make them and then tell you how difficult or easy they are. that is if you're crafty or interested at all.
Malia, I love the second link but those are a little pricey... although worth it if you get a color that you'd use frequently like pink/white or lavender. I wonder how hard it is to get on etsy...
I did see one like the white flower on etsy... I got them because my friend sells Stella & Dot and another friend hosted a trunk show. I HAD to get SOMETHING and this was by far cheaper than the adult necklaces and stuff!!! I used them in our most recent photo shoot (incl siggy pic!) More photos on Facebook. :-)

Oooh, I like these from the first link you posted:

The ones from Stella & Dot are cute too, but Cassie will not wear anything with a headband. And I would hate to spend that much just for her to lose them.
Thanks for the links though, the first one is what I'm looking for, just some everyday bows.
The majority of her clothes comes from Baby Gap. I almost always use some sort of discount code, coupon, or wait for it to go on sale. Lately, I have also ordered from Mini Boden, their stuff is soooo cute! Especially for babies Alexa's age. And you don't pay taxes, and shipping is only $10. The one thing I am willing to splurge on is shoes
I'll keep you in mind if I ever decide to part with any of her clothes!
Please post some pictures! I can be crafty when I want to be
I'm looking for something simple, like this:

[sorry I can't make it clicky!]
Malia, also checkout Old Navy & Target for cute inexpensive outfits. I just saw some of the cutest dresses for ~$10 at Target that I want to get Cassie.

DH's cousin makes bows.
(sorry in advance for this huge picture)
I think she mostly sells to local ppl but does have an etsy

Do you have any online shoe store recs? My little girl LOVES shoes, and it's something I'm willing to splurge on too. Everyday at some point she brings me a pair of shoes just so she can wear them around the house.
I'll take some pictures and post soon. This is the link I've used

I just clicked through until I found something I liked then gave it a shot. It does take some practice but it's not difficult. The korker bows are SOOO easy. I usually go to Walmart and buy the ribbon by the yard (usually a yard at a time) and then test drive one of the bows I like and if it works out, I go buy more ribbon.
I've purchased her sneakers from Piperlime and Zappos, a few sandals for the summer from Stride Rite's Outlet store, and dressier shoes from Nordstrom
Thank you, thank you! I'll give it a shot & see what I come up with.
Thanks for the link too MauiWedding!
FYI - The Stella & Dot flowers are clippies that you can attach to a headband, but that's optional. They aren't stuck on the headband. Does that make sense?
Interesting that you get stuff from Mini Boden! I *just* got a catalogue in the mail this week and was loving the striped tights and dresses... So cute!!! Gap has good deals too... Thanks for letting me in on your shopping secrets!! (And we are all over hand-me-downs!!) :-)
