I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for swim clubs/gyms with pools that offer some sort of water fitness classes? Or any other type of low impact exercise that you would recommend? Thanks! Preferably in the South Bay (Redondo, Hermosa, Torrance, etc) area would be great!

Thanks! I'll have to look into the bar method- never heard of it. Do they have a prenatal class or is it just a regular class that can be modified if you need to?

Ditto Spectrum.
I go to the South Bay location in El Segundo. They have a Mommy (to be) and Me Aerobics class twice a week. It's for pre and postnatal mom's.
