So I live in Tennessee and unfortunately, prenatal yoga classes are not readily available, and my ever changing work schedule makes it difficult for me to sign up for a 1 or 2 month class session. So...I'm looking for recommendations of good prenatal yoga DVD's. Thanks for the help!!

Where in TN? I'm about 40 S of N'Ville. I'm having the same problem!
aw thank you so much. that is so nice to hear. I am actually a Group Fitness Instructor and spinning instructor. I stopped teaching when I got pregnant because I was high risk. But I began to workout again when I hit the second trimester. I always lifted weights. I am also a BodyPump instructor. I actually do my bodypump dvds now as well. So I lift weights 3 to 4 times a week. for cardio I will walk and do these videos below.
Denise Austin: Fit & Firm Pregnancy-20 minute cardio, 20 minute toning.
Summer Sander's Prenatal Workout- Divided into 3 trimesters. Each workout uses the identical format: an extended warm-up, a mix of varied (mostly standing) exercises and a long, soothing stretch. About 40 minutes.
I also love this video. Its not prenatal but low impact with cardio and strengh training. Its an oldie but goodie. I skip the abs section since its done on your back and I am careful in the stretch segment not to twist and I just try to accomodate my belly.
