I have NEVER had AF last less than 8 days (even on the pill). Even yesterday was so light that I almost called it spotting. Strange, but I'll take it!

    Before I went on the Pill, mine always lasted a week. Always. They were much shorter on the Pill, but I fully expected long ones again when I stopped, but the longest has been maybe 5 days with the last couple of days mostly spotting.

    Like you, I ain't complaining!

    Same here-but mine are more like 5 or 6 days.  That's better than the 8 days (& every two weeks) I had bf birth control. Then again it could be because I am OLD now. Sad

    Mine have seemed really short post BCP, too.  Pretty much only 3 days with maybe a day of spotting. Definitely not complaining about that!

    Mine were pretty short on BCP but since I stopped taking them I think they've gotten even shorter. It's never heavy and only last like 3 days. I definitely don't complain!
