Re: child care !! owings mills anyone know ?
In Owings Mills you can check out: Tooney Town Early Learning Center
https://www.tooneytown.org/
I work in Woodlawn too, and I looked ion that area when I was pregnant. There were quite a few in-home daycare options but not a lot of centers. I was on the waitlist for the center at my work (federal agency) but even once I had DD I was still number 25 on the list. I ended up going with something near my home, because I was unable to find what I was looking for in Woodlawn.
Good Luck!
Just did a quick search and also found: https://www.mysecondhome.net/index.html

May want to also check out: https://www.daycareresource.com/statelistings/maryland/marylandowingsmills.html
I use to know someone who worked at the Kid's Place I believe it was.
We live in Owings Mills too and we've checked out the many around the area. The closest one to us, Kindercare at Middle Mill didn't get the best references from our neighbors who sent their kids there.
The best references we got was for Magic Moments Early Learning Center on Cronhill Drive. One friend said her daughter loved it so much she was there from infant to 4yo.
Good luck!
