Anyone start Level 2 (Shred mentioned)

Has anyone moved up to level 2 yet? 

I am thinking about doing it today.  It will be just a couple days early (I am on day 9).  I only have 3 weeks until my HS reunion and I still need to get in better shape!

  • I'm starting level 2 on Saturday.  I'm on day 9 too.  If you start level 2, let me know how it goes!! :)

  • :::butting in::: I posted about it yesterday asking what shred was but no one responded so when i got home yesterday i looked it up and i'm now debating buying it.  What do you think of it so far??? Do you notice a difference? I am in desperate need of something ASAP, i have a wedding at the end of August and my reunion is in November.

    I personally think its a great workout.  Its nice because it is only 20 min and kicks your butt.  I am not a huge fan of Jillian but she does know her workouts.  I did it for a couple weeks before my wedding and saw a quick difference but I didnt get to do the whole 30 days.

    I have lost 4lbs so far since starting.  I just did M-F last week and sorta pigged out sat/sun... now that my reunion is so soon I will try to do it everyday.  Having the group here really does help.

    Plus I heard its on sale at target and wal-mart for less than $10

    I really like it.  It's 20 minutes which fits good into my schedule and DD's schedule.  It's very challenging and it does give you a good workout.  I lost 8 lbs in the first week, but I'm also really watching what I eat.  And I did notice today that I'm losing my little pooch I have from the c-section and my sleeves aren't as tight on my arms.  I hoping to see more of a difference after starting level 2.  Wal-mart and target sells it for like $9.

  • THANK YOU GIRLS!!! I almost bought it on amazon today, but now that i know i can get it at those stores for less, i'll be hitting there on the way home. Blondie- that's EXACTLY what i'm looking to target. My c-section pooch and my terrible arms. I NEED to work out so that i don't eat. I'm one of those people if i don't work out, then i figured why watch what i eat. But if i do one, i do the other. I know, i'm a weirdo. haha. Thanks for the info!!!

    I am the same way!!! I started doing WW points as well... I didnt join or anything but I am using the apps on my phone to calculate everything.  I couldnt do that very well until I started working out... I am either a health freak or a pig!

    I'm the same way about working out and eating.  If i'm not working out then I'm not going to watch what I eat for sure.  :)  DH has even commented I've been a bit obsessive about it all, but I know I have to be if I want to lose the weight and tone up otherwise it won't work for me.  I can't be a casual dieter.  :)  I also signed up on Jillian Michaels website.  It's free for 30 days, so I figured while I'm doing the shred I'll use her online information also and then cancel before having to pay for it.  the webite for that is www.jillianmichaels.com/shred
