  It's a secret recipe! Just kidding.

  i don't have it written down here, but it's roughly like this:

  1 can diced tomatoes w/ onions
  5 tomatoes on the vine (in the regular tomato section of the store)
  1-3 cloves garlic, to taste
  1/2 large, or 1 medium, sweet onion
  3-6 jalapenos, depending on size, seeded if you don't want too spicy
  generous handful of cilantro
  juice of 2 limes (I like mine really limey)
  generous pinch of kosher salt
  sometimes I add a dash or two of cumin and tobasco
  
  Throw into food processor and pulse until it's the texture you like. Probably also works in a blender. Or you can just chop everything really small and make it like pico.
  
  You can also skip the can of tomatoes and add 2-3 more fresh tomatoes. For some reason I like adding a can.
