  Get him a kindle if he's a reader now!  When I got mine, it was 510.00 including s/h.  Now, they are 379.00 including s/h.

  Unfortunately I already got him one for his birthday in April. He absolutely LOVES it though!

  I don't know if it helps, but the first anniversary is Paper (Traditional) or Clocks (Modern).  I got DH a tree (paper) and a sundial (clock) for our first anniversary.

  Going with the paper, a girl on GP a looong time ago did something that I stole. I did 101 reasons why I love you. I printed them on cool scrapbooking paper, cut them up and put them in a little jar. It was cute, cheap and really didn't take me that long.
