first day in underwear so far no accidents

I put my son in underwear this morning as we  are trying to potty train. I'm attempting to become more pro active when it comes to potty training and get him potty trained before my maternity leave ends. Anyhoo I put him big boy pants this morning before he went to grandma's for the day she picked him up at 8am est and as of 1:24pm he has not had one accident per grandma. He's had beverages since he woke up and I'm soo happy.

Can someone tell me if this is a good sign regards to him being potty trained? Per my previous post he does go potty when his grandma or myself put him on the potty.

    YAY!!  That is great!!  

    Today is my first day actually trying with DD and she has done great.. no accidents yet.. well a tiny bit but she caught herself & ran to her potty before she made a big mess!!
