Pregnancy symptoms with #2

DD is 13 months old. This past week I have been experiencing extreme fatigue, moodiness, and I feel hungry all the time. I have no feelings of breast tenderness but I am still nursing 2x per day. If I were to be pregnant, I would be only 3 weeks along (too soon to test). Just wondering if this sounds familiar to anyone else?

With DS1, the only symptom I had prior to a positive test was that my boobs were tender a week before they normally would have. With DS2, I had zero symptoms. We used OPKs for both so I knew when to test. With DS2, I found out at 3wk, 4d.

I have had absolutely no symptoms with this pregnancy. With DD I had sore boobs, headaches and fatigue. I am also still BFing so I don't know if that has something to do with not having sore boobs this time around.

This time around has been completely different than with DS. I am not really fatigued at all this time, but that was my main symptom with DS. I had no sickness w/ DS, but I am nauseous all the time now. My bbs have been somewhat tender on and off (I'm not nursing), but they were much more sore w/ DS. I found at right at 4 wks w/ this pg.
