Splurged on Sophie le girafe

I was at Goore's and was surprised that they had them, I thought they were online only. I know Rossi is starting to teethe and thought he deserved a half-birthday gift. Anyway, he was starting to fuss as I was taking him for a bottle & nap and I showed him Sophie- HUGE smile, reached out grabbed her and NOM! started chewing away. He has never taken to any toy so fast, he even fussed when I took her away to feed him. Hopefully he loves her, and hopefully DH doesn't find out how much she cost.

    Julie, Sophie is fun (at $20)... but for less than half... my DS liked this star teether better.

    DD LOVES Sophie.  I wasn't sure if it was worth the hype, but it's so easy for her to hold, and she will chew on it longer than any other toy.

    We never splurged on Sophie - and Tyler LOVED that vibrating star... not so much for actual teething, he had a blast playing with it.
