Possibly encouraging to others... FFN

I just thought I'd post this because I would have loved to read this 2 weeks ago:)

I was 28 wks and have been getting biweekly FFN (fetal fibronectin tests) since 24 weeks.  The first 2 were negative and the last one at 28 wks was positive, so they expected labor in 7-14 days.  This is not what anyone wanted of course and so I was in a panic for the last 2 weeks.  Turned out to be a false positive as it is day 14 now and I have not had any symptoms other than the dialated cervix.  I hope that this might be helpful to others in the same position.  I am 30 weeks now and hope to make it with my DS and DD quite a bit longer.

    Thank you. Tomorrow will be 14 days since my +FFN test st 31.5 weeks. I know they're only like 30-60% accurate for positives but it's still completely frightening...
