They are always pointless, but I do hope we get some good lightning!! I looove a good thunder storm!

You don't get the same news people out there, do you? Jeremy Reiner (sp?) on Channel 7 was FLIPPING THE EFF OUT when we had the tornado watch the other night. He was all excited, telling people to hide in their basements.

The best was when nothing happened, and they were all disappointed and saying 'well, maybe people still haven't left their basements to assess the damage yet.'

Please tell me that they're going to be over soon. All the local stations were driving me fvcking crazy the other night. Apparently we need wall to wall coverage of this on about seven different channels.

Wait a second. WWLP? So you do have your own news stations? The other night, I was screaming at Western Mass to get their own stations. And yes, I realize that Worcester is not technically Western Mass, but in my mind, outside of 128 is Central Mass and outside of 495 is Western, therefore, Worcester County is in Western Mass.

Haha yeah the actual Western Mass has it's own news station. Although I think Worcester is typically covered by those too, usually the regular weather reports on our channels stop just west of me.

I live in Southern NH, and I just saw the weather on the news. I'm going back and forth trying to talk myself out of going for a run, because a tornado could touch down at any moment. That.. or I'm just lazy and looking for excuses.

Apparently a small tornado touched down in Litchfield, CT which is about 40ish min from us? Go firgure!

I am actually from Northern (central? LOL) NH. I didn't move to MA until 2002ish.
