I had a horrible habit of it. DH told me if I stopped bitting my nails I could get a mani every few weeks! I have not bite my nails in 3 weeks! Now I am scheduling my appt.

I'm horrible. My nails, my cuticles, the skin around my fingers - everything is torn to bits. I will have to talk to DH about this - what a good incentive and have fun with your new nails!

That's awesome!

I don't really bite my nails, but I have a terrible habit of picking at dry cuticles, which ends up causing more dry places, and my fingers have looked awful before. I keep it under control now, unless I'm just a nervous wreck.

I bite my nails like no one's biz.. I have never even had a manicure, just because I feel like it will be a waste! As soon as they're long-ish, I get the itch to bite. (which sounds weird)
