Ok my back is KILLING me...I heard that the "Women's Center" in Houston has like a prenatal day spa and that the massages are AMAZING but I can't figure out where this medical center is and how to set up an appointment. I'm assuming it's a hospital or medical center of some sort because I know people have their babies there and have dr appts there. I am in a frenzy to make my lower back stop hurting. Anyone?
Re: Prenatal Massage
Don't know about that place....but I just started seeing a chiropractor. I wish I had seen her months ago. My SI joints have been killing me. One adjustment later I was a new woman. About 50% of her patients are pregnant....and funny enough my boss is her uncle. Small world.
If prenatal massage doesn't help....you might look into a chiro!
I honestly think this is the reason why my back hasn't been hurting (knock on wood). I started going to her really early on because I had some sciatic nerve pain and I swear because of it I'm a happy camper.
I'll probably be eating my words later.
I think you might be talking about the Woman's Hospital of Texas. Click on this link and scroll to the very bottom.
