does your dc give a running commentary when going to the bathroom?

Michelle does...a play by play of how things are coming out.  At home its hysterical but out in public very embarrassing.

  • Yesterday I picked up B and her teacher told me how she came out with a description of what came out of her in the toilet including colors and size.

The funniest thing B does is sing ABC whenever she poops, whether its at school or in a public bathroom.

  • Tucker likes to inform us how big his poop was. And will usually compare it to some sort of food.....ew.

  • She used to, not so much anymore. I think when pooping was new to her, it was fascinating every time. She used to call them sharks and they were going to be w/ Nemo. However at the pool, we were in the bathroom. She was talking about some random thing. Right in the middle, she goes "ok ok ok mom. Now listen. Why does poop come out of your butt?" She never stopped for an answer.

  • My DD still does it! It drives me crazy! I'm like, "DD, QUIET! Shhh... just GO!" I swear, she'd take SO much less time in the bathroom if she didn't give a play-by-play! (Or when not giving a play-by-play, she'll be like, "Mommy, let's play 'I Spy.'" or something like that...)
