NBR: Refinancing/Mortgage Lenders

I know there have been several discussions lately about refinancing on the boards, but I didn't mark them, and can't find them.  If you have a mortgage lender that you refinanced with and would recommend, please let me know (phone number and e-mail if possible). I have a good faith estimate from one guy already, but want to shop around a bit.  

The interest rates are so great right now that we would save significantly if we can manage to get a decent appraisal. That's a big IF....

    We didn't refi, but we bought recently and our mortgage is through Wells Fargo. We had a wonderful experience. I thought it would be a pain in the butt with a lot of paperwork, it really was a piece of cake for us.

    I am a realtor and have an awesome lender I have been working with for many years.  He is fabulous, fast, and easy.  He consistently beats out other lenders with his rates/fees and all my clients love him.
