We are experiencing never-ending thrush.  I am currently taking diflucan and we both apply nystatin but it keeps coming back and it is making feeding hard.  I am playing phone tag with the doctor's office so I am wondering if there are any good ideas out there for ways that you got rid of thrush?  We are doing lots of sterilizing and I was using warm water instead of wipes.

    We are in a never ending thrush battle too (going on 6 weeks now).  I've been on Diflucan for 3 of those weeks.  and the cream.  and the nystatin for LO.   My pediatrician just recommended starting probiotics.  So we are now doing that as well.  We will see.  I bought the Babydophilus (sp?) from Whole Foods.

    stupid question, but how can you tell the difference between thrush and just formula-tongue??

    You can also take probiotics to help.  I started antibiotics today and am also taking probiotics to ward off thrush.  G/L!
