My friend JUST posted these links for me on FB, and they are AWESOME!
For anybody having issues getting ideas for their toddler's foods- or even ways to get them interested in eat- and need to change things up a bit, take a look at these blogs!
I love bento boxes! So cute and creative. May I find the time to do stuff like that when my kid is a toddler lol...
I haven't read all the comments to your FB status, but have you checked out the Jessica Seinfeld book ("Deceptively Delicious")? That has some good ideas. Also check out the books by Annabel Karmel. My cousin lent me two of them and I really like her! She has a ton of cookbooks for infant, toddler, and kid food.
yep, i have seinfeld's book!! the problem is, jen, my child eats veggies and will not eat starches or meat!! lol If she could figure out a way to puree chicken and shove it in an apple, I'm sold! In fact, Abby wont' even eat real chicken nuggets, I can only give her the morningstar soy ones. As for carbs, she only eats mashed potatoes and *sometimes* pasta- if she's in the mood. Her meals consist of a cup of green beans and a banana. weirdo kid.
Re: breakfast and lunch ideas!!
I love the links! I found bento boxes at The Disney Store the other day.
