    Good Lord. We are going to breastfeed to probably 18 months... but EIGHT?!?!? That is flippin insane.

    That made me physically ill. I'm all for extended breastfeeding, but that is too much. It may be physically healthy, but emotionally I wonder what damage that might do.

    I'm totally for extended BFing (like 2-3 years) but watching that video just made me feel wrong.  Those poor kids, can you imagine having memories of nursing Indifferent.

    The fact they're drawing pictures of her breasts and they've named them was really disturbing.

    There must be a natural age at which humans no longer need BM, just like all other mammals.  I know that in today's day and age that has been blurred, but I highly doubt that breastfeeding until 8 years of age was ever normal, even when food sources were not readily available.  It's not weird to me, but it seems a little unnatural.

    Funny story...my 11yo SS was having a friend sleep over. I was sitting on the couch nursing my LO under a cover and his friend looks at me and says, "Gross, I can't believe my mom used to do that to me". Can you imagine not only remembering it but, strangers are watching it go down on youtube? Poor kid.

    Eeewww that is really creepy. Two of my girlfriends said that they couldn't breastfeed because they thought it would feel sexual and wrong well I don't agree with them but at 8!!!!!!!!!!!! I think WRONG is the only word to describe that!!

    I saw that a while ago...  thought breastfeeding until 4 was over the top... not so much after hearing about 8 year olds!

    I could only watch about 1 minute. I have nothing against extended BFing, but I honestly can't imagine still nursing my almost 3 year old, let alone an 8 year old. Um, bluch.
