Lots Not knowing the child's level or interests ect. here are some that come to mind quickly:
* Art stuff (finger paints, wonder paints/paper, the new ones you use water with to make the color appear, big crayons, washable markers, washable stamp pads & stamps)
* Playdough & cookie cutters
* Pretend play - dolls, accessories (bottles/clothes/pets/whatever), vet set, dress up, play food, etc.
* Cuttable fruits & veggies sets
* Blocks/bigger leggo type blocks
* puzzles
* early games (there are some by Hasbro I believe that are for 2 - 4 year olds)
Pretend play is really going to blossom soon in a two year old. I would suggest kitchen or kitchen-like things, a grocery cart or stroller (all kid-sized of course)

Puzzles are also enthralling at that age.
