alternative to diaper cake?

Anyone have any fun things I can make for a baby shower (for twins) that isn't a diaper cake? Her MIL is making 2 so I don't wanna "compete." But I'd still like something a bit more fun and that I can "make" for her!

There are tutorials online about how to roll onesies and other clothes to resemble flower. That is what I am making for a baby shower I think, just google it.

We got one of those bouquets (along with a diaper cake) from our dentist office. It was super duper cute. I would do that. Especially for twins. How fun!

You could do the mixed bag type of thing. They have these adorable baskets at ... Michaels I think. They say Baby Stuff on them, and who doesn't love a basket to store stuff in? I love those onesie flowers that a pp suggested. You could do some of those and some of those essentials that kiddos need. Man I hope this reply made as much sense as it did in my head. I apologize ahead of time for any confusion I might have created. *goes to bed*
