She has to report to jail by 8:30 am California time tomorrow.

Will she show up on time, late, or at all?

Remember when the same thing happened to Paris Hilton a few years ago and it was all over the news? I am sure it will be like that. She'll probably report to jail and be out by morning.

If I was her handler I'd say you show up, do your time, then we start your 'comeback'

I don't care. Well, I do. Hopefully they'll kepp her and it starts a path to well- being, like Britney's stint in rehab.

Britney went into a psych hold and then put under conservertorship....thats what got her straightened out...not her rehab stint.

And Lindsey hasn't taken her previous 4 stays in rehab seriously.

yup. and unfortunatly Lindsay doesn't seem to be anyone in that family able to step up.

Apparently she has lost yet another lawyer. Is anyone going to represent this girl...now I feel bad (even though I absolutly believe she deserves jail time and even more then what was sentanced).

I know I wouldnt take her case....I guess there really isn't enough money to make you take certain cases/disasters!

I think her lawyer is going to make sure she shows up but I would be very surprised if she stayed longer then a day or two. I think they will keep her for a few days just so the public doesn't freak out about how celebs get different treatment.

Paris Hilton actually spent 45 days in jail. It wasn't her whole sentence but she was in there for over a month.

She was about 10 mins late.

I'm dissapointed she didnt show up. I was waiting to see her be brought down by Dog the Bounty Hunter.
